To Get To BlackPoint Marina From The North Via US1:

Take US1 south to SW 160th Street (Colonial Drive) and make a left (east)
Follow the road as it curves southward and becomes 87th Ave (Galloway Road)
Take Galloway Road (87th Ave) south all the way (about 10 minute drive)

From The Turnpike,

just take the SW 112 Ave (Allapattah) exit
take Allapattah to Coconut Palm Drive, (248th Street) and go east to the Marina
